With many years <\/strong>of research experience <\/strong>, I offer strong scientific expertise <\/strong>and in-depth knowledge of animal nutrition <\/strong>and the agri-sector. I am skilled at translating customer questions into clear and effective research designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My experience at leading animal feed companies <\/strong>has also given me a strong business perspective <\/strong>. This enables me to turn strategic or abstract ideas into a concrete action plan <\/strong> with clear commercial objectives <\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About me<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For over 20 years, I worked in Research & Development<\/strong> at several companies related to the agri sector. At Schothorst Feed Research, I learned the essence of good research: how to turn a customer\u2019s question into a focused research question, and how the quality of execution is crucial for delivering reliable results. Just as important, I learned how to translate complex data into clear, practical advice for the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Agrifirm, I discovered that knowledge on its own has limited value \u2014 its true value lies in how it is applied, understood and shared. It is the connection between research, practice and the market<\/strong> that makes innovation truly effective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Later, as Director of Nutrition at De Heus Animal Nutrition, I had the opportunity to lead the department where knowledge and expertise come together. There, I learned just how crucial it is to connect research to business strategy<\/strong>. Many organisations know what<\/em> they want to achieve, but not always how<\/em> to get there. Turning strategic goals into concrete research themes<\/strong>, a widely supported agenda<\/strong> and inspiring collaboration <\/strong>proved to be the key to success<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That experience now forms the foundation of InTunes Projects<\/strong>. With a people-focused and creative approach, I help companies, knowledge institutions and consortia turn their ideas into feasible, high-impact research projects. I connect people, strategies and interests so that projects move beyond plans and deliver tangible results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may be wondering why I chose this slogan?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The slogan \u201cMoving forward in tune together\u201d is rooted in my passion for singing. As a singer, I know that music only comes to life when the right notes come together. On their own, notes are simply sounds, but when they blend in harmony, they create connection, emotion and momentum \u2014 something that truly resonates with people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That same principle lies at the heart of my work at InTunes Projects<\/strong>. In complex research projects, too, success depends on finding the right tone: aligning interests, connecting people and creating a shared rhythm in which everyone makes their own contribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
