Projects and practical examples

Projects where collaboration is key

Every project is different, but one principle always remains the same: connecting people, organisations and expertise to successfully deliver complex projects. Below you will find a selection of projects in which InTunes Projects has supported organisations, ranging from managing projects from start to finish to establishing public-private partnerships between science and industry.

Interim Support for the Technical Committee

Assignment: Temporary replacement of the Chair of the Technical Committee, with the highest priority given to the swift and effective launch of two newly awarded public-private partnership (PPP) projects and the organisation of a major symposium

My role: Interim Chair, with a coordinating and connecting role between the Board, Technical Committee, working groups and consortium partners. Also responsible for organising and chairing the symposium.

Approach: Chairing meetings, providing legal and financial guidance, and supporting the substantive development of the project to ensure a swift start-up.

Result: Stronger project proposals, greater involvement of companies as consortium partners, and a higher chance of successful funding approval

Strategic project development

Assignment: Supporting researchers in developing and writing project proposals for the animal feed industry and related sectors

My role: Project support and strategic alignment between research, industry and consortium partners

Approach: I support researchers in translating research ideas into clear and practice-oriented project proposals that better match the needs of industry. In doing so, I help clarify the relevance, applicability and impact of projects, encouraging companies to join more quickly as paying consortium partners. At the same time, this strengthens the quality and positioning of funding applications

Resultaat: Sterkere projectvoorstellen, grotere betrokkenheid van bedrijven als consortiumpartner en een hogere kans op succesvolle subsidietoekenning

Presentation: The External Reality

Assignment: Presentation on global trends in livestock farming

My role: Speaker and subject-matter expert

Approach: Developing, interpreting, and presenting a trend analysis as a reflection of societal developments and their impact on the market, with a focus on internal reflection and dialogue.

Result: Increased awareness and strategic insights as input for the renewed strategy development of Interchemie, under the guidance of Better Future.

Presentation: Applying for a job…

Assignment: Presentation at the kick-off event of the application training program of De Veetelers (Wageningen University & Research), focused on preparing students for the job application process.

My role: Speaker and subject-matter expert

Approach: Delivering a presentation focused on both the preparation for a job interview and the key success factors during the interview itself. Drawing on the perspective of a hiring manager, expectations, common pitfalls, and practical tips were shared.

Result: Increased awareness among students of what employers value in candidates, complemented by practical tools to better prepare and perform more effectively during job interviews.
